Refund policy
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and, where possible, in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method after we have received and processed the returned item.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
CANCELLATIONS
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After this time, cancellations may no longer be possible as the order may already be in processing.
In some cases where processing or shipping arrangements have already begun, a handling and courier fee (up to $20) may apply.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. Refunds can only be processed once the returned item has been received.
If a return is not received, a refund cannot be issued.
