I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1–2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
During promotional or high-demand periods, processing time may take 3–5 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
If tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend:

DAMAGED ITEMS

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
